Another good installment in the elemental assassin series of books. Keeping a series fresh for more than a few books is no small feat and this one is definitely getting a little repetitive. (She uses the line, "and we danced" a few times in this book to describe the main character doing battle with an adversary. Maybe it's not such a bad line except I was around in the 1980s and I don't like being constantly reminded that I bought an album by The Hooters.)Setting that aside, the book is well written and manages to keep my attention. It probably went on a bit longer than it needed to but after five books I'm still interested which is a little unusual for me.
